Terms of Use (Public Offer)

Updated: Dec 20, 2025

This document governs your use of the FakeIT AI online service/application (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

  • Provider: FakeIT AI (the team behind the Service).
  • User: an individual using the Service.
  • Subscription: paid access to Service features for a period of time.

2. What the Service provides

The Service provides tools to help with interviews and tests. The Service does not guarantee employment, exam results, or any particular outcome.

3. Rules of use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to bypass restrictions or interfere with the Service.
  • You are responsible for your actions and any consequences of using the Service.

4. Payments

Subscription price and payment options are shown on the website/in the checkout interface. Payments are processed by a payment provider.

Paid access is provided as a subscription (auto‑payment): while a subscription is active, charges may be made automatically to the selected payment method at the selected billing interval until the subscription is cancelled.

You may cancel renewal and/or disable auto‑payment at any time via the payment provider’s interface, or by contacting us using the details in section 10 (if cancellation via interface is not available).

5. Start of service delivery

The Service is digital and is delivered by granting access to functionality. Service delivery begins when access is granted and/or when paid features are first used (whichever happens earlier). The start may be confirmed by technical data (logs/events).

6. Cancellation and refunds

Refund terms are described in a separate document “Refund Policy”. If the separate document conflicts with this section, the refund policy applies.

7. Service and marketing messages

We may send service notifications (sign‑in, subscription, term changes). Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent (if applicable).

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made by third parties (employers, examiners, etc.).

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. The current version is published on the website.
